Welcome to BlueMountainDistrict.org, the official website for information about Scouting in the Blue Mountain District,  Keystone Area Council, BSA.

The Blue Mountain District serves about 800 Cubs, 400 Scouts, and 30 Venturers in 59 units in south-central Pennsylvania.  The District encompasses a very diverse range of communities - urban, suburban, and rural - in the upper half of Dauphin County, from Harrisburg, PA, to the county's northern border.
